Google expected to disclose cellphone initiative

The Internet giant has said that mobile service is a key to its growth. Google Inc. will unveil its mobile strategy Monday, including a phone operating system and a broad alliance with multiple wireless service providers and handset vendors, according to people familiar with the matter.
