Microsoft paying Facebook premium to thwart Google say analysts
SAN FRANCISCO -- Microsoft is paying a premium to keep Facebook from the clutches of rival Google in a deal that puts an inflated $15-billion price tag on the red-hot startup, analysts said Thursday.
