Verizon Wireless Loosens Network Grip, Prodded By Google's Open-Access Push
In a sudden about-face, Verizon Wireless says it'll open its mobile phone network to all devices, not just those it sells, ceding ground in a turf war with Google and others pushing into the wireless market.
